I am back with an interview with another awesome blogger.

This time I got opportunity to interview Ryan Biddulph who blogs at BloggingFromParadise.com

I recommend to read the below post so that you can learn lot of things.

So without wasting your time let’s get started

An Interview with Ryan Biddulph – Founder of BloggingFromParadise.com

1. Please introduce yourself to BloggingIndian readers?

I am the creator and owner of Blogging From Paradise Dot Com.

2. What inspired you to start blogging? What are your favorite blogs that made you what you are today?

I wished to free myself of working a 9-5 job. My own 🙂

3. What are the skills that can help a beginner to start living a laptop lifestyle?

Follow your fun. Practice writing. Learn how to network effectively with pro bloggers. Develop your emotional intelligence.

4. What are your income sources? How much do you make every month at an average?

5. Which revenue source do you think is the most effective for bloggers/marketers?

Affiliate marketing, because you prosper without having to create anything. But your skills make money, not an affiliate marketing product. This is why new bloggers cannot make money; no skills yet.

6. What do you think about future of blogging?

The future of blogging is as bright as you choose to see it. Everything is in your mind.

7. How to convince parents to start supporting their child to start a blog? How did you convince your parents?

I am 45 years old so….ummm….I did not need my parent’s support hehehehe.

8. What are your favorite ways to generate traffic to your blog?

Solve reader problems through:

– guest posts
– blog posts
– videos

I also build bonds through genuine blog commenting.

9. Which blogging tools do you recommend?

None because I am not a tools guy.

10. If you had to start from scratch, what would you do different? What’s your #1 blogging mistake?

Everything happens perfectly for your growth, so I regret nothing and would do nothing differently. If I had NOT made my mistakes, I would not be the blogger I am today.

11. What role did school and college shape you in making you a marketer?

I learned how to communicate with people more effectively in college, which allowed me to bond with bloggers more freely. I also learned the art of critical thinking in college, aiding my blogging campaign.

12. What is your life mantra?

Follow your fun right into your fears.

13. Which hosting will you recommend to newbie bloggers?

Any hosting company with 99.99% up times works well for any blogger. Simply invest $10 to $20 a month or more to get good hosting. You get what you pay for, so get over the fear of spending money and you will find a good host.

14. Most challenging moment in your Blogging career and How you dealt with it?

I had to stop blogging for money and start blogging for fun and freedom. Spending many thousands of hours meditating and doing Kriya yoga, learning from gurus like Babaji and Yogananda, helped me face, feel and release my blogging fears, so I could succeed by blogging for fun, mainly to generously serve people through my blog. Blogging gets easier if you face fear and tougher if you avoid fear.

15. What special tip you would like to give to newbies who are just starting out in blogging?

Blog mainly for fun, not money, to see the successful blogging journey through for 5-10 years and 5,000 to 10,000 hours, or more.
